Dr. Mark Koldenhoven offers a holistic, multidisciplinary model of care, blending chiropractic treatment, neuropathy therapies, and supportive strategies to meet each patient’s unique needs. We empower our patients with the knowledge, tools, and care they need to manage their condition and move forward with confidence.
Dr. Mark’s commitment to neuropathy care began after seeing the profound impact treatment had on family members and hearing firsthand from colleagues about the life-changing results. Today, he brings that same dedication to every patient—helping them restore function, relieve symptoms, and live life to the fullest.

Meet Dr. Mark Koldenhoven
Dr. Mark Koldenhoven has been in private practice since 2007. He earned his undergraduate degree from Calvin College in pre-medicine and business and then went on to the National University of Health Sciences to earn his doctorate of chiropractic care. He started practicing on his own in the western suburbs of Chicago and then moved to the Grand Rapids area where he has been practicing at Kooistra Chiropractic Clinic since 2014. Dr. Mark continues to practice chiropractic care and started Michigan Neuropathy Center in collaboration with Kooistra Chiropractic. Throughout his career he has undergone advanced training in nutrition, rehabilitation and laser therapy. These therapies are utilized daily with his chiropractic patients. Dr. Mark Koldenhoven is married and has 8 children through a blended family. He grew up playing sports and played college baseball for 2 years. He stays active by exercising, golfing and watching his kids play sports.
